Ingredients
- 50 mL Tantanmen 2.0 Tare by TeikenRamen
- 500 mL Basic Tonkotsu by TeikenRamen
- 140g Tantanmen 2.0 Noodles by TeikenRamen
- Large spoonful Szechuan Ground Pork by TeikenRamen
- 1 ramen egg
- Green onionMake thin length-wise cuts and soak in ice water. This will cause them to curl up into a nice little ball of onion. The water will also tone down the pungency of the scallions.
- 1 piece Noritopping, optional
- 15 mL Sichuan Chili Oil
